ISO-9002 is a model for quality in production, installation and service. The system of procedures that we follow in Powermaster conforms to the guidelines of the ISO-9002 model. The company continues to implement and work within the guidelines of the ISO-9002 model. Work is currently underway to conform to the guidelines of the ISO-9001 : 2000 model, which in addition to the above also is a model for design and development.
